Per quest’anno stesse spiagge, stesso mare. Il governo ad inizio d’anno ha provato a far ripartire la riforma delle concessioni demaniali, con un disegno di legge che prevede sei mesi per rivedere le concessioni agli stabilimenti balneari. Tema caldissimo per la categoria, quello della direttiva Bolkestein. Nel luglio scorso la Corte di giustizia europea ha bocciato i rinnovi automatici delle concessioni perché, appunto, in contrasto con la direttiva che prevede vengano messe all’asta alla loro scadenza. Contro il provvedimento i balneari hanno scatenato ogni tipo di contestazione.

It is a hot topic for the category, that of the Bolkestein directive. In July, the European Court of Justice rejected the automatic renewal of concessions because it was in contravention of the directive that it plans to be auctioned on their expiry. Against the measure, the bathing resorts sparked all kinds of protest.
